Aussie Supplier offers direct shipping to your door using various carriers depending on your location. As such, a physical street address must be provided for all orders as we cannot delivery to PO Boxes. At Aussie Supplier, we offer you added peace of mind by having every item insured against loss, damage and theft whilst in transit at no extra charge. If your goods are damaged in any way on arrival, please ensure to take photographic evidence and email them to us within 24 hours to aussiesupplier87@gmail.com

All items are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 working days (excluding third party or custom orders) of receiving cleared payment and we also welcome pay on pick up from our showrooms or warehouse however prior arrangements must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Customers will be provided a tracking number once items have been dispatched. As all deliveries are made via courier, it is important to ensure someone is available on the day of delivery as a signature will be required. On most occasions, someone will be required to assist the driver on arrival as part of the pre-arranged delivery service.

Customers must ensure they are on-site when the delivery is attempted otherwise a redelivery fee may be charged.

Delivery times vary depending on your location however please allow up to 14 working days to receive your goods although it will generally be sooner.

Deliveries within Melbourne Metro are offered at a single flat rate of $60 depends on your item and quantities. You will be notified by phone on the morning of the delivery to ensure someone is home to assist the driver on arrival.

Please ensure you utilise the tracking information online to ascertain the whereabouts or approximate delivery date of your item. You must contact us only once you have spoken to the respective carrier company to establish an enquiry. The “enquiry number” must be provided in order for us to assist you better.
